1. Take into consideration that:

within the signed Framework agreement on allocation of the grant help for 2013 between the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Republic of Korea of December 3, 2013 (further - the Framework agreement) the Government of the Republic of Korea provides to the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan grant in the amount of 5, 5 million US dollars for implementation in 2014-2016 of the project on upgrade of Customs Service by implementation of the unified customs information system "Single Window" in the Republic of Uzbekistan;

the executive agency from the Korean side, responsible for implementation of the specified project, is the Korean agency on international cooperation of "Koica".

2. Determine that:

the main objectives of the specified project are development and deployment of the unified customs information system "Single Window", with subsequent its integration into the Single portal of interactive state services, and also delivery of the necessary software, auxiliary materials and the equipment for its realization;

executive body from the Uzbek side, responsible for target use of the provided grant and effective implementation of the specified project, is the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3. To provide to the State Customs Committee together with the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trades of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with the established procedure accomplishment of all necessary procedures for attraction of grant of the Government of the Republic of Korea on project implementation on upgrade of Customs Service by implementation of the unified customs information system "Single Window" in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

4. Take into consideration that:

according to the current legislation within implementation of the specified project the goods (works, services) imported and acquired at the expense of means of grant are exempted from customs payments, and also from the value added tax;

according to the Framework agreement within implementation of the specified project citizens of the Republic of Korea are exempted from income tax.

5. Exempt from the income tax of legal entities of the nonresidents of the Republic of Uzbekistan participating in project implementation on upgrade of Customs Service by implementation of the unified customs information system "Single Window" in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

6. To Uzbekiston Havo Yullar national airlines and State and joint-stock rail carrier "Uzbekiston темир yullar" to provide carrying out the handling works and storage arriving within implementation of the specified project of goods respectively at the airports and at railway stations of the Republic of Uzbekistan without payment collection.

7. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs according to requests of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan to provide in accordance with the established procedure execution of entrance visas to the highly qualified foreign specialists participating in implementation of the specified project without collection of consular and other fees.

8. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs according to requests of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan to provide in accordance with the established procedure issue and prolongation of multi-visas, and also temporary registration and prolongation of temporary registration at the place of residence to the foreign specialists participating in implementation of the specified project, having exempted them from payment of the state fees.

9. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh.M.Mirziyoev.
