About inventories
Based on the paragraph of the sixth subitem 1.10 of Item 1 of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 8, 2014 "About state regulation of trade and public catering in the Republic of Belarus", subitem 5.6 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 25, 2013 No. 527 "Questions of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Belarus", the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish:
1.1. the inventory, subject to inclusion by subjects of trade in assortment inventories for shops with the universal range of food products, according to appendix 1 to this resolution;
1.2. the inventory, subject to inclusion by subjects of trade in assortment inventories for specialized and highly specialized grocery stores, according to appendix 2 to this resolution;
1.3. the inventory, subject to inclusion by subjects of trade in assortment inventories for booths, pavilions, unspecialized shops with the combined range of food products and unspecialized shops with the mixed range of goods, according to appendix 3 to this resolution;
1.4. the inventory, subject to inclusion by subjects of trade in assortment inventories for shops with the universal range of nonfoods, specialized and highly specialized nonfood shops, unspecialized shops with the combined range of nonfoods and pavilions, according to appendix 4 to this resolution;
1.5. the list of the nonfoods which are subject to inclusion by subjects of trade in assortment inventories for booths and unspecialized shops with the mixed range of goods according to appendix 5 to this resolution;
1.6. the inventory, subject to inclusion by subjects of trade in assortment inventories for autoshops, pavilions, shops with the universal range of food products, unspecialized shops with the combined range of the food products and unspecialized shops with the mixed range of goods located in rural settlements and settlements of city type according to appendix 6 to this resolution;
1.7. the inventory, subject to inclusion by subjects of trade in assortment inventories for autoshops, pavilions, shops with the universal range of nonfoods, unspecialized shops with the combined range of the nonfoods and unspecialized shops with the mixed range of goods located in rural settlements and settlements of city type according to appendix 7 to this resolution.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
