2. To the national production association "Davlat of Belgisa" according to requests of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan to provide in accordance with the established procedure production of breastplates "÷zbekiston to Respublikasi of fakhriya the donor" ("The honourable donor of the Republic of Uzbekistan") and forms of certificates to them.

3. Approve the offer of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan on award of the breastplate "÷zbekiston Respublikasi of fakhriya the donor" ("The honourable donor of the Republic of Uzbekistan") to donors on June 14 in day of the World blood donor day.

4. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of  05.02.2016 No. 31

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. I. Ikramov.
