About the breastplate "Ўзбекистон Respublikasi of fakhriya donor" ("The honourable donor of the Republic of Uzbekistan")

1. Approve the Provision, the description and sample of the certificate to the breastplate "Ўзбекистон by Respublikasi of fakhriya the donor" ("The honourable donor of the Republic of Uzbekistan") according to appendices No. No. 1, of 2, 3.
2. To the national production association "Davlat of Belgisa" according to requests of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan to provide in accordance with the established procedure production of breastplates "Ўзбекистон to Respublikasi of fakhriya the donor" ("The honourable donor of the Republic of Uzbekistan") and forms of certificates to them.
3. Approve the offer of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan on award of the breastplate "Ўзбекистон Respublikasi of fakhriya the donor" ("The honourable donor of the Republic of Uzbekistan") to donors on June 14 in day of the World blood donor day.
4. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 05.02.2016 No. 31
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. I. Ikramov.
