1. Approve the Procedure for transfer to Central Election Commission of the summarized information about provided in district and precinct election commissions the statements and claims concerning process of elections of People's Deputies of Ukraine, and results of their consideration (appendix 1).

2. Establish forms of messages:

about generalization of information on the applications and claims concerning process of elections of People's Deputies of Ukraine, and results of their consideration submitted to precinct election commissions (appendix 2);

about generalization of information on the statements and claims concerning process of elections of People's Deputies of Ukraine, and results of their consideration submitted to district electoral commissions and precinct election commissions within the single-candidate constituency (appendix 3).

3. Promulgate this resolution on the official site of Central Election Commission.

Procedure for transfer to Central Election Commission of the summarized information about provided in district and precinct election commissions the statements and claims concerning process of elections of People's Deputies of Ukraine, and results of their consideration

This Procedure is developed for the purpose of identical application district and precinct election commissions at elections of People's Deputies of Ukraine of the Law of Ukraine "About elections of People's Deputies of Ukraine" (further - the Law) regarding generalization of information on the applications and claims concerning process of elections of People's Deputies of Ukraine submitted in these commissions (further - the statement, the claim), and results of their consideration, and also transfer of such information in Central Election Commission.

1. Transfer by precinct election commissions of the summarized information on the applications and claims submitted in these commissions and results of their consideration

1.1. The precinct election commission not later than for the second day after day of acceptance by district electoral commission of protocols of the precinct election commission on counting of votes on the polling precinct in the nation-wide multimandatory constituency within the single-candidate constituency and in the single-candidate constituency separately generalizes information on the applications and claims submitted in this commission and results of their consideration.

1.2. In case of generalization of information on the applications submitted to the precinct election commission and results of their consideration it is established:

1) total quantity of the statements which arrived in the electoral commission;

2) the number of the statements sent on accessory to relevant organ or the official (part three of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About addresses of citizens");

3) by results of consideration of the applications by the electoral commission:

- The number of statements according to which the decision on satisfaction of the requirements stated in them is made (fully or partially);

- The number of statements according to which the decision on refusal in satisfaction of the requirements stated in them is made;

- The number of statements according to which other decision is made (the explanation concerning the mechanism of realization of the voting rights, procedure of separate selective procedures is provided, information stated in the application is taken into consideration, other decision, stipulated by the legislation Ukraine, etc. is made).

1.3. In case of generalization of information on the complaints made to the precinct election commission and results of their consideration it is established:

1) total quantity of the complaints made in the electoral commission;

2) the number of the claims returned to the subject of the address with the claim without consideration (Article part eleven 108, part two of article 111 of the Law);

3) by results of consideration of claims by the electoral commission:

- The number of the claims left without consideration on the merits (part three, the eleventh article 111 of the Law);

- The number of the claims satisfied completely;

- The number of the claims satisfied partially (on which the decision on satisfaction at least of one of requirements of the subject of the address with the claim is made);

- The number of claims on which the decision on refusal in their satisfaction is made;

- The number of claims according to which the electoral commission recognized necessary conducting check of the circumstances specified in them by law enforcement agencies (part eight of article 111 of the Law).
