Based on part (2) Article 255 of the Labor code No. 154-XV of March 28, 2003 DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

The list of hard work and works with harmful and/or dangerous working conditions on which application of work of persons aged up to eighteen years according to appendix No. 1 is forbidden;

Limit rates of lifting and moving weights manually, admissible for persons aged up to eighteen years according to appendix No. 2.

2. Determine that employment of persons aged up to eighteen years on the hard work and works with harmful and/or dangerous working conditions included in the List approved by this resolution is forbidden.

3. Determine that when passing work practice (inservice training) of person aged up to eighteen years, studying in colleges, in professional and vocational schools, and also pupils of the senior classes of gymnasiums can be allowed to the works included in the List approved by this resolution, only provided that:

a) on the corresponding workplaces requirements for health protection and labor safety are strictly observed;

b) duration of works does not exceed 4 hours a day.

4. Declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 562 of September 7, 1993. "About approval of the List of productions, professions and works with heavy and harmful working conditions on which application of work of persons more young is forbidden than eighteen years".
