1. Approve Regulations on approval procedure on implementation of activities which can pose safety hazard of flights, according to appendix.

2. The state inspectorate of the Republic of Uzbekistan for supervision of aviation safety, NAC Uzbekiston havo yullari together with the interested ministries and departments in three-months time to make in the Cabinet of Ministers offers on the changes and amendments in the legislation following from this resolution.

To the ministries and departments in three-months time to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan B. I. Zakirov.

Regulations on approval procedure on implementation of activities which can pose safety hazard of flights

I. General provisions

1. This Provision according to article 18 of the Air code of the Republic of Uzbekistan determines procedure for passing of allowing procedures for receipt of the operating authority which can pose safety hazard of flights (further - permission).

2. In this Provision the following main determinations are used:

airfield - specially equipped site terrestrial or surface of the water, with the buildings located on it, constructions and the equipment, intended fully or partially for arrival, departure and movement on this surface of air vehicles;

the airport - the complex of constructions intended for acceptance and sending air vehicles, servicing of airborne transportations and having airfield, air terminal, other constructions, and also the necessary equipment for these purposes;

landing strip - the certain rectangular site of overland airfield prepared for take off and landing of air vehicles;

the air vehicle - the flight vehicle supported in the atmosphere due to its interaction with air excepting interaction with the air reflected from earth's (water) surface;

the state aircraft - the aircraft which is under authority of the Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Service of state security of the Republic of Uzbekistan and also according to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan - other state bodies;

the applicant - the legal entity or physical person submitting the application for receipt of permission;

checkpoint of airfield - the point determining the geographic location of airfield and which is located, as a rule, in the geometrical center of landing strip in the single-band airfield;

airfield - part of airfield in which one or several flying strips, taxiways, platforms and platforms of special purpose are located;

the clearway (C) - the airspace over the site of aerodrome environs adjoining the end of landing strip within which climb after separation in case of take-off is made and decrease in case of landing approach;

aerodrome environs - the area of certain sizes, adjacent to airfield, over which air vehicles maneuver in case of take-off and landing approach and within which by means of conditional surfaces heights of natural and artificial obstacles are regulated;

the terminal area - airspace over airfield and the area adjoining to it in the established borders in the horizontal and vertical planes.
