According to provisions of the Law on procedure for establishment and review of minimum wage No. 1432-XIV of December 28, 2000 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, Art. No. 21-24, 79), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government
1. Establish, since October 1, 2014, minimum wage over the country in the amount of 1000 lei a month at the average monthly duration of working hours of 169 hours that constitutes leu 5,92 in hour.
If according to the law duration of working hours constitutes less than 40 hours a week, the hour minimum wage is estimated in economic agents proceeding from ratio of the minimum monthly salary provided by this Item to average monthly number of hours of working hours according to the approved operating mode.
