According to Items 11 and 13 of the Procedure for realization of material values of the state reserve approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 25, 2004 No. 1078 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 29, 2010 to No. 905), I ORDER:

1. Approve enclosed:

the commitment form on participation in auction for realization of material values of the state reserve, including mobilization;

Procedure for forming and maintaining the register of auction participation applications on realization of material values of the state reserve, including mobilization.

2. To department of economy of defense and (Nebotov P. G.) in accordance with the established procedure to ensure safety submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Chairman of the State agency of reserve of Ukraine Zhukov V. E.

Procedure for forming and maintaining the register of auction participation applications on realization of material values of the state reserve, including mobilization

1. This Procedure is developed in pursuance of requirements of Items 12 and 13 of the Procedure for realization of material values of the state reserve approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 25, 2004 No. 1078 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 29, 2010 No. 905) (further - the Procedure for realization), and determines functions of auction committee when forming and maintaining the register of the requests arriving from subjects of managing by realization of material values of the state reserve, including mobilization.

2. The requests arriving on participation in auction in sealed envelope in day of their receipt are introduced by the secretary of auction committee of the State agency of reserve of Ukraine or person, the representative to carry out its obligations (further - the secretary of committee), in the register of requests.

3. In the register of requests the following information is specified:

registration number;

registration date;

name/surname, name, middle name of the subject of managing;

location/residence of the subject of managing;

number of lot.

The register of requests is kept in form according to appendix 1 to this Procedure.

4. Those requests which according to Item 12 of the Procedure for realization were sent to the State agency of reserve of Ukraine together with attached to them are subject to registration, in sealed envelope or are provided under the delivery-acceptance certificate which is signed by the secretary of committee and the authorized representative of the subject of managing in the form given in appendix 2 to this Procedure.

According to the paragraph to the second Item 12 of the Procedure for implementation of the request and appendix to them go/move in sealed envelope on which the name and number of lot, full name and the location of the company are specified and the text "On auction" becomes.
