Regulations on Disciplinary board of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation

No. 2-FKZ "About the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation" and the Federal constitutional Law of February 5, 2014 No. 3-FKZ "About the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation" is regulated by this Provision according to the Law of the Russian Federation on the amendment to the Constitution of the Russian Federation of February 5, 2014 procedure for election of members of Disciplinary board of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation (further - Disciplinary board) and implementation of the powers by Disciplinary board on consideration of claims to decisions of the Highest qualification board of judges of the Russian Federation and qualification boards of judges of subjects of the Russian Federation about early termination of powers of judges for making of minor offenses by them and according to addresses of the Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation about early termination of powers of judges for making of minor offenses by them in cases, if by the Highest qualification board of judges of the Russian Federation or qualification boards of judges of subjects of the Russian Federation it is refused satisfaction of ideas of chairmen of federal courts of the termination of powers of judges for making of minor offenses by them, and also on consideration of claims to decisions of the Highest qualification board of judges of the Russian Federation on imposing of authority punishments on judges and claims to decisions of the Highest qualification board of judges of the Russian Federation on results of qualification certification of judges.

Article 1. Legal basis of activities of Disciplinary board.

In case of realization of the powers the Disciplinary board is guided by the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Federal constitutional Law of February 5, 2014 No. 3-FKZ "About the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation", other Federal constitutional Laws, the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Russian Federation, other Federal Laws, and also this provision.
