1. Approve enclosed:

1) the list of objects of transport infrastructure on which examination is made;

2) the list of persons concerning whom examination is not made;

3) the list of the substances and objects prohibited to bringing on objects of transport infrastructure.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of the first official publication.

Such examination shall be made only in the presence of the corresponding person.

20. The service employees of the international organizations or their representations accredited in the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the conditions provided in the corresponding international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

21. The other persons exempted from examination according to international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The list of the substances and objects prohibited to bringing on objects of transport infrastructure

Bringing on objects of transport infrastructure of the following substances and objects is forbidden:

1. The destructive and other killing devices, explosive substances and objects containing them including:

1) all types of gunpowder, irrespective of quantity and packaging;

2) grenades, mines and shells of all types;

3) caps (percussion caps) hunting and caps detonators;

4) dynamite, tolite, ammonal, trotyl and other explosive substances;
