Regulations on monetary pay, guarantees and compensations of staff employees of permanent bodies of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization

1. This Provision determines procedure and conditions of monetary pay and material and household providing staff employees of permanent bodies of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (further - bodies of SCO).

2. The organization of work of staff employees of bodies of SCO is performed according to the contracts signed based on this provision.

3. Monetary pay, material and household security in the following procedure is provided to staff employees of bodies of SCO:

a) monthly monetary pay is paid (daleedolzhnostny salary) in the amount of it agrees to Appendix 1 to this Provision from the moment of the beginning of execution of job responsibilities, but not earlier than entry into force of the contract;

b) expenses are paid for hiring (lease) of premises in the sizes established according to appendix 2 to this Provision, except for communication services, use of the Internet, satellite and cable television and similar expenses, in case of presentation of properly drawn up confirmations;

c) the benefit is paid annually to staff employees of bodies of SCO on training of their children aged up to 18 years in the amount of, not exceeding 1500 US dollars (irrespective of the number of children), in case of submission of the relevant documents;

d) for temporary disability, not exceeding two months monetary pay, and also the guarantees and compensations provided by this Provision remains;

e) the annual leave is paid in the amount of the monetary pay established in the subitem 3a) this provision, and for the period of the annual paid leave the guarantees and compensations provided by this Provision remain.

e) in case of the death of the staff employee the one-time money allowance in the amount of 50% of official pay rate of the head of body of SCO in which it worked is paid to members of his family for the account of budget funds of SCO, and the expenses connected with their moving to the place of permanent residence in the territory of the directing state, according to the procedure and on the conditions provided in case of the end of work by the staff employee in SCO according to the contract are refunded;

g) in case of the death of the staff employee or the body of SCO of the member of his family which is with him in adoptive state expenses are paid for payment of the obligatory services connected with the procedure of storage of body of the dead, acquisition of coffin and transportation of body to the place of its burial in the territory of the directing state;

h) in case of the termination of the contract of the staff employee in connection with liquidation, reorganization, reduction of the staff of body of SCO or reduction of the established quota of officials the dismissal wage in the amount of two of its official pay rates is paid to it, and also compensation on its departure and members of his family to the place of permanent residence in the territory of the directing state according to subitems 4 a), b), v), g) of this provision is paid.

i) in case of the termination of the contract of the staff employee in connection with the contract expiration in body of SCO, at the initiative of the staff employee (on family circumstances) compensation on its departure and members of his family to the place of permanent residence in the territory of the directing state according to subitems 4 a), b), v), g) of this provision is paid to it.

j) in case of the termination of the contract of the staff employee in connection with its dismissal in view of non-execution or improper execution of the service duties by it from it 50% of the new start allowance received by it keep and compensation on its departure and members of his family to the place of permanent residence in the territory of the directing state according to subitems 4 a), b), v), g) of this provision is paid to it.

k) in case of the termination of the contract of the staff employee in connection with its dismissal for non-execution or improper execution of the service duties by it, in view of occupation business activity, from it 100% of the new start allowance received by it and for him and members of his family keep the guarantees and compensations provided by this Provision do not extend.

4. Including family members (the spouse, the spouse and no more than two of their minor children, or children is more senior than 18 years which became disabled people before achievement of age by them 18 years), leaving together with the worker in connection with initial appointment, the following immediate compensations are paid to staff employees of bodies of SCO:

a) expenses on journey air and by rail in case of presentation of travel documents for:

- heads of bodies of SCO and members of their families when following by air transport - on rate of 1 class, by rail - in the amount of fare in compartment of the car of category "SV";

- deputy managers of bodies of SCO and members of their families when following by air transport - on business class rate, by rail - in the amount of fare in compartment of the car of category "SV";

- staff employees of SCO and members of their families when following by air transport - on rate of economy class, by rail - in the amount of fare in compartment car.

b) expenses on payment of airport, insurance and compensatory fees when following by the modes of transport specified in the subitem and) and

d);

c) expenses on transportation to 80 kilograms of baggage on the employee and members of his family, but no more than 160 kilograms.

d) in case of following of family members (the spouse, spouses and no more than two minor children, or children is more senior than 18 years which became disabled people before achievement of age by them 18 years) separately from the staff employee compensation for expenses when following is paid: air transport - on rate of economy class, by rail - in the amount of fare in compartment car.
