These rules establish procedure the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and its territorial authorities of accounting of the arrived from citizens of the Russian Federation or legal representatives of the citizens of the Russian Federation who did not reach age of 18 years or limited in capacity to act (except for the citizens of the Russian Federation who are constantly living outside the Russian Federation), written notices, the stipulated in Article 6 Federal Laws "About Citizenship of the Russian Federation" (further - notifications).
