1. Establish form of the certificate on inclusion in the register of the leasing organizations according to appendix.

2. Approve the Instruction about procedure for creation and maintaining the register of the leasing organizations it (is applied).

3. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2014.

The instruction about procedure for creation and maintaining the register of the leasing organizations

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This Instruction determines procedure for creation and maintaining the register of the leasing organizations (further - the register).

2. For the purposes of this Instruction the terms "leasing activities" and "leasing organization" have the values determined respectively by paragraphs to the second and fifth part one of subitem 1.3 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2014 No. 99.

3. Maintaining the register is performed by National Bank on electronic media.

4. In the register are specified:

4.1. number and date of the certificate on inclusion in the register of the leasing organizations (further – the certificate);

4.2. the identification code assigned for the leasing organization, which is the unique five-symbolical code allowing to identify the leasing organization in case of submission of the reporting and other information to National Bank;

4.3. number and date of the decision on exception of the leasing organization of the register;

4.4. data on the leasing organization:

the name (complete and reduced);

location;

the postal address, contact telephone number, the e-mail address, the address (addresses) of the website (websites) on the global computer Internet (further – the Internet);

information on founders (participants), owner of property, beneficial and other owners of the legal entity;

information on the head and person performing conducting financial accounting in the leasing organization;

the size of the authorized fund created according to subitem 1.4 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2014 No. 99;

the name of the body which performed state registration, date of state registration;

accounting number of the payer;

the list of the core activities performed by the leasing organization, with indication of share of the income from these types of activity in total amount of the gained income;

information on the termination, suspension, renewal of leasing activities by the organization;

information on loss of the certificate and the issued duplicates;

information on the allowed violations of the law on leasing activities and the taken corrective actions from National Bank.

5. The register is posted on the official site of National Bank on the Internet in the amount determined by National Bank and taking into account requirements of the legislation in the sphere of information, informatization and information security, the legislation on personal data.

The changes and amendments entered in the register are posted on the official site of National Bank on the Internet in five-day time from the date of their entering into the register.

Chapter 2. Entering of information into the register

6. The National Bank includes the legal entity in the register according to the legislation on ministerial procedures based on the documents provided by paragraphs the second or fourth parts one of subitem 1.5 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2014 No. 99.
