1. Introduce the import customs duties concerning the goods occurring from the territory of the Republic of Moldova and imported into the Russian Federation, in the amount of rates of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (according to regime of the most favored nation) according to the list according to appendix.
2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation to notify in accordance with the established procedure the Republic of Moldova on introduction of import customs duties, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective after 30 days after day of its official publication.
