1. This Procedure determines the procedure of the organization of obligatory routine medical examination, inspection and treatment of the suffering from tuberculosis persons detained, or containing in organizations of execution of punishments, healthcare institutions of the Public criminal and executive service (further - departmental healthcare institutions of health) and TB facilities in administrative and territorial units in the territory of which the relevant organizations of execution of punishments and pre-trial detention centers of the Public criminal and executive service are located (further - TB facilities).
