RESOLUTION OF NATIONAL STATISTICAL COMMITTEE OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 12 prices (car) "Report on the prices (rates) for transportation of the passenger by road transport public" and instructions for its filling

Based on the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445 "About some questions of bodies of the state statistics" the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed form of the state statistical reporting 12 prices (car) "The report on the prices (rates) for transportation of the passenger by road transport public" of monthly frequency and enact it starting with the report as of January 25, 2014.

2. Approve the enclosed Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 12 prices (car) "The report on the prices (rates) for transportation of the passenger by road transport public" and enact them starting with the report as of January 25, 2014.

3. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in Item 1 of this resolution on legal entities, the separate divisions of legal entities having separate balance whose types of economic activity are transportations by buses and (or) activities of taxi.

4. Recognize invalid:

the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of June 1, 2011 No. 104 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 12 prices (car) "The report on the prices (rates) for transportation of the passenger by road transport public" and instructions for its filling" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 66, 7/1494);

subitem 1.9 of Item 1 of the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of August 14, 2012 No. 124 "About modification of some forms of the state statistical reporting" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 18.08. 2012, 7/2133).

5. This resolution becomes effective since January 2, 2014.
