1. Approve forms of checking sheets in the field of private entrepreneurship in the field of turnover of poisons:

1) on production, conversion, storage, realization, destruction of poisons according to appendix 1 to this joint order;

2) on acquisition, storage, realization, use of poisons according to appendix 2 to this joint order;

3) on acquisition, storage, realization of poisons according to appendix 3 to this joint order.

2. Approve forms of checking sheets in the field of private entrepreneurship in the field of turnover of arms, military equipment and separate types of weapon, explosive and pyrotechnic substances and products with their application:

1) on development, production of ammunition, arms and military equipment, spare parts, components and devices to them, special materials, the equipment for their production, including installation, adjustment, upgrade, installation, use, storage, repair and field service according to appendix 4 to this joint order;

2) on repair of ammunition, arms and military equipment, spare parts, components and devices to them, special materials and the equipment for their production, including installation, adjustment, upgrade, installation, use, storage, repair and field service according to appendix 5 to this joint order;

3) on acquisition and realization of ammunition, arms and military equipment, spare parts, components and devices to them, special materials, the equipment for their production, including installation, adjustment, upgrade, installation, use, storage, repair and field service according to appendix 6 to this joint order;

Declare invalid the joint order of the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the Minister of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 28, 2012 No. 428 and the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 5, 2012 No. 329 "About approval of forms of checking sheets in the field of private entrepreneurship in the field of turnover of poisons, arms, military equipment and separate types of weapon, explosive and pyrotechnic substances and products with their application" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 8206, No. 50-51 published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper of February 9, 2013 (27324-27325).

4. To committee of the industry of the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Kasymbekov B. A.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:

1) state registration of this joint order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after its state registration of this joint order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction on official publication in mass media and information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this joint order on Internet resource of the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. This joint order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
