2. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 8, 2012 No. 1033 "About approval of standards of the state services in the field of environmental protection rendered by the Ministry of environmental protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan and local executive bodies" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2012, No. 66, the Art. 931);

2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 31, 2012 No. 1108 "About approval of standards of the state services in the field of agricultural industry and modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 20, 2010 No. 745 "About approval of the register of the state services rendered to physical persons and legal entities" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2012, No. 67, the Art. 973) except for the subitem 23) Item 1.

In the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 31, 2012 No. 705 "About approval of Rules of issue of import permits by administrative authority on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and export from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the animal species falling under operation of the Convention on international trade in the types of wild fauna and flora which are under the threat of disappearance" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2012, No. 54, the Art. 725):

1) in Rules of issue of import permits by administrative authority on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and export from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the animal species falling under operation of the Convention on international trade in the types of wild fauna and the flora which are under the threat of disappearance, approved by the specified resolution:
