Based on subitem 1.3 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 30, 2011 No. 389 "About single settlement and information space in the Republic of Belarus", paragraphs of the thirty first and thirty fifth of Article 26, 32, parts one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus and in pursuance of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 10, 2014 No. 13 "About modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 30, 2011 No. 389" the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: Article parts two

1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for functioning of single settlement and information space of the Republic of Belarus.

2. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for functioning of the automated system of interbank calculations of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus and carrying out interbank calculations in the BISS system approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of June 26, 2009 No. 88 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 183, 8/21230; 2010, No. 118, 8/22289; 2011, No. 86, 8/23942; No. 139, 8/24491; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 09.01. 2013, 8/26713; 18:02. 2014, 8/28355), following changes and amendments:
