1. No. 45 is excluded according to the Resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of 08.06.2022
2. Establish:
2.1. departmental Items of customs clearance for making of customs transactions and carrying out customs control concerning separate types of goods, and also working hours of customs authorities in them according to appendix 1;
2.2. the qualifier of customs authorities and Items of customs clearance according to appendix 2.
3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus according to the list according to appendix 3 to this resolution.
4. To the Minsk central customs according to Item 2 of this resolution to make changes to databases of normative reference information and to bring them to customs.
5. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:
5.1. line item Minsk-passenger of appendix 2 to this resolution - since January 1, 2015;
5.2. other provisions of this resolution - after its official publication.
