About some questions of revenues to service in investigating bodies and organizations of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation

For the purpose of realization of part 10 of article 7 of the Federal constitutional Law of March 21, 2014 "About acceptance to the Russian Federation of the Republic of Crimea and education as a part of the Russian Federation of new subjects - the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol" I decide No. 6-FKZ:

1. Determine that the citizens of the Russian Federation who were earlier passing military service under the contract and at the call of in bodies of military management and military forming in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol or being the staff of law-enforcement bodies, bodies and divisions of tax police, security service and Customs Service (further - law enforcement agencies), employees of the bodies of prosecutor's office operating in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol have the right to revenues to service in investigating bodies and organizations of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation without passing of probation period on condition of compliance to requirements imposed to the staff of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, and knowledge of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of criminal trial.

2. Determine that in case of acceptance on service in investigating bodies and organizations of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation the citizens of the Russian Federation called in Item 1 of this Decree:

a) their education and qualification are recognized, the term (years of service) of service in armed forces, military forming, law enforcement agencies and bodies of prosecutor's office of Ukraine, the special (military) ranks and class ranks, and also terms of period of service which are available for them in these ranks and terms of stay in class ranks are considered;

b) documents on their education and qualification, on service are recognized valid armed forces, military forming, law enforcement agencies and bodies of prosecutor's office of Ukraine, and also documents, the confirming special (military) ranks and class ranks, terms of period of service in these ranks and terms of stay in class ranks.

3. Keep to the citizens called in Item 1 of this Decree, the length of service (service length) estimated (estimated) in accordance with the established procedure on the date of revenues to service in investigating bodies and organizations of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for award of pension of payment of monetary pay and provision of other measures of social support.

4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
