1. Approve the Order of interaction of subjects by provision of social service of palliative care of the house incurably sick that is applied.

2. Social services department (I. Tarabukin) to provide submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on deputy ministers of social policy of Ukraine and the Minister of Health of Ukraine according to distribution of obligations.

Order of interaction of subjects by provision of social service of palliative care of the house incurably sick

I. General provisions

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of interaction of the subjects providing social service of palliative care incurably sick elderly, to the disabled people who reached 18-year age (further - person), and also central and local executive bodies under the organization of provision of social service of palliative care of the house incurably sick.

2. Action of this Procedure extends on:

The ministry of social policy of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, structural divisions concerning social protection of the population regional, Kiev and the Sevastopol city, district, district public administrations in the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol (further - structural division concerning social protection of the population);

local executive bodies;

the territorial centers of social servicing (provision of social services) (further - the territorial centers);

The Ministry of Health of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, structural divisions concerning health care regional, Kiev and the Sevastopol city, district, district public administrations in the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol (further - bodies of health care);

healthcare institutions of the state and municipal pattern of ownership.

3. The social service of palliative care of the house is received by persons having medical indications for rendering palliative care according to the List of medical indications for the rendering palliative care approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of January 21, 2013 No. 41, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 7, 2013 at No. 230/22762.

4. In this Procedure the term "social service of palliative care" (further - palliative care) is used in such sense - it is the help in self-service (respect for personal hygiene, the motive mode, drug intake, feeding); observation of the state of health; assistance to rendering medical services; help in ensuring rehabilitation with technical means, training in skills of use of them; training of members of the family of leaving; representation of interests; psychological support of the person and members of his family; provision of information on questions of social protection of the population; help in receipt of legal aid; organization and support of groups of self-help.

II. Interaction mechanism

1.
