ORDER OF THE MINISTER OF EMERGENCY SITUATIONS OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About approval of the training program of executive training, specialists of governing bodies and forces of civil protection, training of the population in methods of protection and to actions in case of emergency situations and the military conflicts or owing to these conflicts

According to the subitem 42) of Item 1 of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 11, 2014 "About civil protection" I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed training program of executive training, specialists of governing bodies and forces of civil protection, training of the population in methods of protection and to actions in case of emergency situations and the military conflicts or owing to these conflicts.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About approval of standard programs of training of administrative board and specialists in the field of emergency situations" of May 2, 2013 No. 181 (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 8490; it is published on October 23, 2013 in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper);

2) the order of the Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About introduction of amendments to the order of the Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 2, 2013 No. 181 "About approval of standard programs of training of administrative board and specialists in the field of emergency situations" of February 5, 2014 No. 39 (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 9191).

3. To provide to department of Civil defense of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) official publication of this order in mass media.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan Petrov V. V.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
