1. Establish the gas price according to the bargain concluded between KazRosGaz limited liability partnership and the organization - "GAZPROM Schweiz AG" authorized by Gazprom open joint stock company in case of export gas sales in 2014 for ensuring domestic market of the Republic of Kazakhstan with gas with way:

1) counter deliveries in 2014 of the Uzbek and/or Turkmen gas in amount to 3 954 500 000 cubic meters delivered on border the Republic of Uzbekistan / the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Turkmenistan / the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Russian gas delivered on border the Russian Federation / Republic of Kazakhstan on the processed gas of the Karachaganak field - 85 US dollars for 1000 cubic meters, on the terms of DAP border the Republic of Kazakhstan / the Russian Federation, Alexandrov Guy gas-measuring station;

2) compensations in volume of 131 887 392 meters cubic the Uzbek gas delivered on border the Republic of Uzbekistan / the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2013 on the processed gas of the Karachaganak field - 85 US dollars for 1000 cubic meters, on the terms of DAP border the Republic of Kazakhstan / the Russian Federation, Alexandrov Guy gas-measuring station.

2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Ministry of oil and gas of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2014.
