3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan to inform the Russian side on inclusion in system of the Ministry of Labour, migration and employment of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan of the former Representation Migratory "services under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in the Russian Federation, based in the city of Moscow.

4. To provide to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan timely financing of content of Representative office of the Ministry of Labour, migration and employment of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan in the Russian Federation on migration at the expense of the means of the republican budget provided for foreign policy activities.

- market research of work in the Russian Federation;

- cooperation with authorized bodies of the Russian Federation in the field of migration;

- implementation of cooperation and assistance within the competence to fruitful work of public organizations of compatriots abroad and diasporas in the sphere of protection of the rights of labor migrants;
