1. Unite Institute of advanced training and retraining of educators of Sughd area, Institute of increase in professional education of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, Institute of advanced training and retraining of educators of group of the cities and districts of Qurghonteppa of Khatlon Region, Institute of advanced training and retraining of educators of group of the cities and districts of Kulob of Khatlon Region and Training center of department of education of the city of Dushanbe based on Public institution "Republican institute of advanced training and retraining of educators".

2. Permit Public institution "Republican institute of advanced training and retraining of educators" to create the branches in the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, Sughd area, Khatlon Region and in the city of Dushanbe.

3. To perform financing of activities of the created branches in 2014 within allocated funds by means of executive bodies of the government of areas and the city of Dushanbe, and since 2015 by centralization of means of the specified organizations in the republican budget.

4. To the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan in two-month time to resolve organizational and legal issues of the specified branches.
