About approval of the Regulations on procedure for provision of premises (their parts) in the hostels which are under authority of specialized educational sports facilities and uses of them

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for provision of premises (their parts) in the hostels which are under authority of specialized educational sports facilities and uses by them.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 11, 2013 No. 282 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for provision of premises (their parts) in the hostels which are under authority of specialized educational sports facilities and uses of them" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 17.04. 2013, 5/37139).

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

Regulations on procedure for provision of premises (their parts) in the hostels which are under authority of specialized educational sports facilities and uses of them

1. This Provision determines procedure for provision of premises (their parts) in the hostels which are under authority of specialized educational sports facilities and being their structural divisions (further - hostels), and uses of these rooms (their parts).

2. Provision of premises (its part) in the hostel and use are performed by it based on the specialized educational sports facility of the regulations on the hostel developed according to this Provision, other acts of the legislation, the charter of the specialized educational sports facility approved by the head.

3. Premises (their part) in hostels are provided in first-priority procedure for accommodation for sports preparation:

to athletes pupils of specialized educational sports facilities under which authority hostels are, living out of the location of specialized educational sports facilities;

to athletes of national and national teams of the Republic of Belarus on sports, other participants of the sporting events which are taking place based on specialized educational sports facilities under which authority hostels are.

4. Premises (their part) in hostels without collection of payment for use of them are provided:

4.1. to athletes pupils of specialized educational sports facilities under which authority hostels are, living out of the location of specialized educational sports facilities, for their sports preparation;

4.2. to athletes, trainers and other participants of the sporting events held for national and sports national teams of the Republic of Belarus based on specialized educational sports facilities - for holding sporting events;

4.3. to the athletes pupils of other specialized educational sports facilities living out of the place of their arrangement for their sports preparation.

5. Premises (their part) in hostels with collection of payment for use of them are provided to participants of the sporting events held by the organizations in the locations of the specialized educational sports facilities having under the authority of the hostel for holding these sporting events.

6. Provision of premises (their parts) in hostels to persons specified in items 4 and the 5th this provision is made on terms of the contract of hiring of premises of the state housing stock in the hostel concluded in form according to appendix:

to persons specified in subitem 4.1 of item 4 of this provision - based on the order of the specialized educational sports facility under which authority the hostel, about their transfer (contribution) to this specialized educational sports facility is;

to persons specified in subitem 4.2 of item 4 of this provision - based on the order of the specialized educational sports facility and (or) other organization holding sporting events for athletes of national and national teams of the Republic of Belarus on sports, the sporting event, and the agreement on provision of premises (their parts) containing the participant list in the hostel to the participants of sporting events who are subject to providing with premises (its part) in the hostel without collection of payment for use of it concluded in the procedure established by the legislation between the specialized educational sports facility under which authority the hostel, and the organization holding sporting event is;

to persons specified in subitem 4.3 of item 4 of this provision - based on the order of other specialized educational sports facility on their transfer (contribution) to this specialized educational sports facility and agreements on provision of premises (their parts) in the hostel to the athletes pupils who are subject to providing with premises (its part) in the hostel without collection of payment for use of it concluded in the procedure established by the legislation between the specialized educational sports facility under which authority the hostel, and the specialized educational sports facility in which these athletes pupils have sports training is;

to persons specified in Item 5 of this provision - based on the order of the specialized educational sports facility and (or) other organization holding sporting events, the sporting event, and the agreement on provision of premises (their parts) in the hostel to the participants of sporting events who are subject to providing with premises (its part) in the hostel with collection of payment for use of it signed in the procedure established by the legislation between the specialized educational sports facility under which authority the hostel, and other organization holding sporting event based on this specialized educational sports facility or in the location of the specialized educational sports facility under which authority the hostel is is containing the participant list.

7. The agreement on provision of premises (their parts) in the hostel to participants of sporting events or athletes pupils of other specialized educational sports facility signed by the organizations shall contain the information about the number of persons, accommodation terms in the hostel, participant lists of sporting event, the athletes pupils who are subject to providing with premises (its parts) in hostels, obligation of the Parties, responsibility for violation of terms of the contract and other necessary conditions, and for persons specified in Item 5 of this provision - the amount of payment for use of premises (their parts) in hostels, housing-and-municipal and additional services.

8. Installation of persons in the hostel is made in accordance with the established procedure by administration of the hostel based on the documents specified in Item 6 of this provision.
