About withdrawal and provision of the parcel of land to Customs Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan

1. Withdraw from lands of Dehkan economy of K. Nazirov of the city of Tursunzoda Ploshchad 5,0 of hectare of the irrigated ploughland and provide in unlimited use to Customs Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan for construction of the international automobile border terminal about customs post of Dusti.

2. To Customs Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan:

- according to Article 41 of the Land code of the Republic of Tajikistan before withdrawal of lands to compensate losses of the land user in full;

- according to Article 42 of the Land code of the Republic of Tajikistan, for the purpose of development of new lands and improvement of condition of the existing lands to compensate 508385 (five hundred eight thousand three hundred eighty five) somoni of means of losses of agricultural production into the special account of the republican budget.

3. To the state committee on land management and geodesy of the Republic of Tajikistan to make corresponding changes to land and cadastral documentation.
