About classification of separate types of hydrocarbons by the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union

1. The pentane-hexane fractions of hydrocarbons and petroleum ethers which are liquid mix of saturated aliphatic hydrocarbons (mainly containing isostructure C5-C6 hydrocarbons), having limits of vykipaniye from 30 C to 80 C inclusive, density from g/cm3 0,65 to g/cm3 0,695 inclusive, not containing the olefinic and aromatic hydrocarbons, sulfur, water and mechanical impurity received as a result of any process of oil and oil products, gas, gas condensate, of mix of any these products or synthesis, and also from mix of the specified products with the products received by synthesis method, applied mainly as the solvent of pitches, fats, essential oils, etc., according to the Basic rule of interpretation of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity 1 are classified in goods item 2710 single Commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union.
2. The nefrac representing the oily liquid which is hydrocarbon mixture with the mass of not aromatic hydrocarbons exceeding the mass of aromatic hydrocarbons having vykipaniye limits from 25 °C to 195 °C inclusive, received by distillation of oil or synthesis, applied on production and in life as the solvent to dilution of paints, washing of details, removal of the preserving coverings and pollution, etc. according to the Basic rule of interpretation of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity 1 is classified in goods item 2710 single Commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union.
3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
