1. Approve the enclosed Rules about official journeys within the Republic of Kazakhstan of employees of the public institutions containing at the expense of means of the government budget and also deputies of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Rules).

2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.

1. Official journey (further - business trip) is the worker's trip according to the order of the chief of staff of the central state body, and in cases of that absence - the head of public institution for certain term for accomplishment of labor obligations out of the place of its permanent job, and also for increase and retraining of professional level and qualification.

the number of days for compensation of daily allowance;

the number of days for expense recovery on hiring of premises (when sending to several settlements the number of days of stay in each settlement is specified);

mode of transport on which expenses on journey with indication of route are refunded.

3. The term of business trip of workers is determined by the chief of staff of the central state body, and in cases of that absence - the head of public institution, however it cannot exceed 40 days, apart from hours underway (except for the directions on increase and retraining of professional skill level and also if the business trip is connected with operational search activities). In case of office need, the term of business trip can be extended by the relevant order of the chief of staff of the central state body, and in cases of that absence - the head of this public institution.

4. The term of business trip of workers in the organizations, higher according to the procedure of subordination, shall not exceed 5 days, apart from hours underway. Prolongation of term of business trip is allowed in exceptional cases (lack of vehicles or urgency of business trip) no more than for 5 days by the publication of the relevant order of this organization.

7. The mode of working hours and time of rest of those public institutions to which they are sent extends to the sent workers.

The salary for the time spent of the worker in business trip remains for all working days of week according to the schedule established in the place of permanent job.
