1. Approve enclosed:

2) regulations of rendering the state service "Registration of Contracts for Subsurface Use regarding Hydrocarbonic Raw Materials", according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. Declare invalid the order of the deputy. The Oil Minister and gas of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 2012 No. 202 "About approval of regulations of the state services in the sphere of subsurface use regarding hydrocarbonic raw materials" (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts 8309, No. 83-84 published in the newspapers "Kazakhstanskaya Pravda" of March 6, 2013 (27357-27358); "Egemen Kazakstan" of March 6, 2013 No. 81 (28020).

3. To department of contracts for subsurface use and production sharing agreements of the Ministry of oil and gas of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Aldashev R. A.) provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the direction on official publication of this order within ten calendar days after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in mass media;

3) the direction of the copy of the order on the paper and electronic medium on official publication in information system of law of Ad_let in time not exceeding ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) publication of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of oil and gas of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Oil Minister and gas of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Regulations of the state service "Registration of the Agreement of Pledge of the Right of Subsurface Use regarding Hydrocarbonic Raw Materials"

1. General provisions

The state service appears the Ministry of oil and gas of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the service provider) according to the standard of the state service "Registration of the Agreement of Pledge of the Right of Subsurface Use regarding Hydrocarbonic Raw Materials" approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 4, 2014 No. 50 (further - the standard of the state service).
