In pursuance of the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 11, 2012 No. PP-1683 "About first-priority measures for program implementation of mnogotranshevy financing of the "Development of House Construction in the Rural Zone" project with participation of Asian Development Bank", and also in accordance with the terms of the Loan agreement between the Republic of Uzbekistan and Asian Development Bank of October 11, 2013 the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Agree with offers of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan and JSB Kishlok kurilish bank on realization on competitive basis of shares of JSB Kishlok kurilish bank in authorized capitals of the companies for production of construction materials according to the list, according to appendix.

2. Determine that investors after acquisition of shares of JSB Kishlok kurilish bank in authorized capitals of the companies for production of construction materials assume liabilities on maintenance of necessary capacities on production of construction materials and uninterrupted providing with high-quality burned brick the contract organizations performing construction of individual housing in the rural zone according to standard projects, on preferential prices.

3. By OAKB "Kishlok Kurilish Bank" to approve competitive sales terms of the companies for production of construction materials in a month, and also to implement monitoring system behind effectiveness of their activities during the post-realizable period.

4. Take into consideration that behind the implemented companies for production of construction materials the privilege provided by the paragraph the fourth Item 6 of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 15, 2013 No. PP-2068 "About the Program for construction of individual housing for standard projects in the rural zone for 2014" remains.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov and the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan B. I. Zakirov.
