1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction on official publication in mass media and information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) to send this order for use in work to Committee on control and social protection of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republican state state company "State Center for Pension Payment of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

1. General provisions

1. This Instruction to destination and to implementation of retirement benefits for long service to the employees serving in bodies of prosecutor's office (except for bodies of military prosecutor's office) (further - the Instruction) is developed according to Item 5 of Rules of appointment and implementation of retirement benefits by the serviceman, to the staff of special state and law enforcement agencies, the public courier service, and also persons whose rights to have special ranks, class ranks and to wear uniform are abolished since January 1, 2012, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 31, 2013 No. 1500 (further - Rules), for disaggregation of procedure for appointment and implementation of retirement benefits for long service of the specified category of persons.

2. In this Instruction the following concepts are used:

1) The Government for Citizens State corporation (further - the State corporation) - the legal entity created according to the decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan for rendering the state services according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the organization of work on reception of applications on rendering the state services and issue of their results to uslugopoluchatel by the principle of "one window", and also ensuring rendering the state services electronically;

2) authorized organization for issue of retirement benefits - the organizations having licenses of authorized body on regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations on the corresponding types of banking activities, territorial subdivisions of Kazpochta Joint-stock Company;

3) authorized state body to destination retirement benefits (further - authorized body) - territorial subdivisions of Committee of work, social protection and migration of the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) retirement benefits for long service (further - retirement benefits) - the monthly money payment performed at the expense of budgetary funds, appointed according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the staff of bodies of prosecutor's office (except for bodies of military prosecutor's office) to which class ranks, and also to persons whose rights to have class ranks and to wear uniform are abolished with the January 1, 2012 (further - the staff of prosecutor's office) having the right to retirement benefits are appropriated;

5) the receiver of retirement benefits - physical person from number of persons employed of prosecutor's office to which retirement benefits are appointed;

6) departments of the State corporation - city, district departments of the State corporation;

7) branches of the State corporation - regional, the cities of Astana and Almaty branches of the State corporation;

8) the central executive body - the state body performing management and also in limits, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Kazakhstan, cross-industry coordination in the sphere of social protection of the population;
