According to subitem 7-2) of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 4, 2009 "About support of use of renewable energy resources" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed flat fares on delivery of the electrical energy made by objects for use of renewable energy resources.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
