About salaries of monthly monetary pay of employees of criminal executive system

(as amended on 30-03-2017)

According to part 4 of article 2 of the Federal law "About Social Guarantees to Employees of Some Federal Executive Bodies and Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Establish:

the sizes of monthly salaries according to the replaced position on standard positions of employees of criminal executive system according to appendix No. 1;

the sizes of monthly salaries according to the given special rank of employees of criminal executive system according to appendix No. 2.

2. Financial provision of the expenses connected with implementation of this resolution is performed within the budgetary appropriations provided in the federal budget to Federal Penitentiary Service on cash allowance of employees of criminal executive system and provision of pensions of the citizens serving in criminal executive system and members of their families.

3. Recognize invalid:

the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 8, 2011 No. 1022 "About salaries of monthly monetary pay of employees of criminal executive system" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 51, the Art. 7533);

the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 20, 2012 No. 1353 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 8, 2011 No. 1022" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 52, the Art. 7524).
