About transformation of the wildlife area of republican value

Based on subitem 1.5 of Item 1 of Article 7, of Item 5 of Article 17, No. 150-Z "About especially protected natural territories" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts two of Item 1 of article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 15, 2018

1. Transform the State landscape wildlife area Novogrudsky to the republican landscape wildlife area Novogrudsky in connection with change of its borders, the mode of protection and use.

2. Approve enclosed:

borders, area and structure of lands of the republican landscape wildlife area Novogrudsky;

The regulations on the republican landscape wildlife area "Are new grudskiya".

3.  No. 793 is excluded according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 30.09.2016

4. Transfer the republican landscape wildlife area Novogrudsky to the control of Novogrudsky district executive committee.

5. Financing of functioning and protection of the republican landscape wildlife area Novogrudsky, and also the actions connected with its transformation to perform from the means of the local budget and other sources which are not prohibited by legal acts.

6. In six-months time to provide to Novogrudsky district executive committee:

registration in accordance with the established procedure the transformed territorial unit of the Republic of Belarus - the republican landscape wildlife area Novogrudsky;

installation of special information signs on borders of the republican landscape wildlife area Novogrudsky and acceptance of other measures for accomplishment of this resolution.

7. Recognize invalid:

the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 3, 1995 No. 77 "About approval of the Regulations on the State landscape wildlife area Novogrudsky;

subitem 1.3 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 30, 2012 No. 611 "About entering of amendments and changes into some orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 10.07. 2012, 5/35925).

8. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

do not enter located in its borders of the earth of the industry, transport, communication, power, defense and other appointment, the earth of settlements, gardening partnerships, country cooperatives.
