1. Take into consideration that NAC Uzbekiston havo yullari together with Goskomkonkurention, the Ministry of Economics and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan the programs - "road maps" for financial improvement of the unprofitable companies NAC Uzbekiston havo yullari providing are developed:

rational use of the territories and optimization of excessive floor spaces of the companies;

measures for upgrade of the operating processing equipment and strengthening of material and technical resources;

forecast parameters of growth in volumes of air transportation, including passenger, freight and transit traffic, and also increase in level of loading of the available production capacities and infrastructure of field service of airlines;

 measures for financial restructuring, reducing receivables and payables, and also optimization of operating expenses;

measures for effective management and enhancement of management, the organization of advanced training of specialists and fitting of the companies with young specialists from among graduates of profile highest and average special educational institutions.

2. Approve programs - "road maps" for financial improvement of the unprofitable companies NAC Uzbekiston havo yullari according to appendices No. No. 1-6.

3. Determine that:

the procedure for financial assistance to unprofitable structural divisions NAC Uzbekiston havo yullari affirms Council NAC Uzbekiston havo yullari.

4. NAC Uzbekiston havo yullari together with the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trades, the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education, the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Goskomkonkurention, Gosavianadzor, khokimiyats of the Tashkent, Navoiy, Bukhara, Samarkand, Kashkadarya regions and Tashkent to provide unconditional accomplishment of the actions approved by this resolution of programs - "road maps".

5. And the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan to provide to Goskomkonkurention together with NAC Uzbekiston havo yullari:

implementation of the programs - "road maps" approved by this resolution regarding financial restructuring, reducing debit and creditor debts, and also optimizations of operating expenses;

implementation of system control of the course of implementation of the programs - "road maps" approved by this resolution;

quarterly the 5th following reporting quarter, entering into the Working group of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan on transport enterprises, the companies of capital construction and building industry of information on the course of program implementation - "road maps".

6. To the head of working group (B. Zakirov) together with the interested ministries and departments:

establish system monitoring of implementation of actions, the programs - "road maps" approved by this resolution, timely development and implementation by executives in charge of specific measures for their practical accomplishment;

to quarterly enter in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan information on the course and efficiency evaluation of realization of the taken measures according to requirements of this resolution by each company.

7. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan B. I. Zakirov.
