1. Provide from the federal budget in 2014 subsidy to the budget of the Republic of Crimea in the amount of 142, one million rubles on the state support of small and medium entrepreneurship, including peasant farms, within the subprogramme "Development of small and medium entrepreneurship" of the state program of the Russian Federation "Economic development and innovative economy".

Transfer of subsidy to the budget of the Republic of Crimea is performed into the account opened for Treasurer service of the Republic of Crimea for accounting of means of financial aid to the Republic of Crimea.

2. Provide from the federal budget in 2014 subsidy to the budget of Sevastopol in the amount of 47, one million rubles on the state support of small and medium entrepreneurship, including peasant farms, within the subprogramme "Development of small and medium entrepreneurship" of the state program of the Russian Federation "Economic development and innovative economy".

Transfer of subsidy to the budget of Sevastopol is performed into the account opened for Treasurer service of the city of Sevastopol for accounting of means of financial aid to Sevastopol.

3. Determine that the level of joint financing of payment commitment of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol at the expense of the subsidies from the federal budget provided by Items 1 and 2 of this resolution constitutes 95 percent.

4. Determine that on provision of the subsidies from the federal budget provided by Items 1 and 2 of this resolution Rules for apportionment and provisions of subsidies from the federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation on the state support of small and medium entrepreneurship, including the peasant farms approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 27, 2009 No. 178 "About distribution and provision of subsidies from the federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation on the state support of small and medium entrepreneurship including peasant farms", except for Items 8, 10 - 15 and paragraph one of Item 17 are applied to the relations.

5. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning distribution and provision of subsidies from the federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation on the state support of small and medium entrepreneurship, including peasant farms.

about amount of means of the federal budget, budget of the subject of the Russian Federation, the local budgets selected for the state support of small and medium entrepreneurship by each type and form of such support with indication of unallotted amount of means;
