1. Determine that the state control (supervision) of observance of requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of meat and meat products" is performed:

Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare and other representatives on implementation of federal state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance by federal executive bodies within the competence within federal state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance;

Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare within federal state supervision in the field of consumer protection;

Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance and other representatives on implementation of federal state veterinary supervision by federal executive bodies within the competence within federal state veterinary supervision.

2. Realization of powers on implementation of the state control (supervision) of observance of requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of meat and meat products", the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution, is performed by federal executive bodies within the number of employees of their central offices and territorial authorities, and also budgetary appropriations provided to the specified bodies in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions established by the Government of the limiting Russian Federation.

3.
