3. Declare invalid the subitem 10) of Item 1 of the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 2, 2012 No. 1-3/490 "About approval of regulations of the state services in the field of agricultural industry" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 8065, No. 346 published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper of December 28, 2013 (27620)).

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Regulations of the state service "Issue to the Exporter of Grain of Confirmation about Observance by the Exporter of Grain of Obligations on Supply of Grain to the State Resources of Grain"

1. General provisions

1. The state service appears Committee of the state inspection in agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the service provider), including through the web portal of "the electronic government": www.e.gov.kz (further - the portal).

3) date (time) of receipt of the state service and place of issue of documents;

4) surnames, name, middle name of the responsible person who accepted documents.

Stages of rendering the state service:

The clerk of the service provider accepts 1), registers and reports documents of uslugopoluchatel to the head of the service provider for imposing of the resolution and further transfer to the executive in charge of the service provider - no more than 30 (thirty) minutes;

2) the head of the service provider considers correspondence and determines the executive in charge - time for transfer of the accepted document package - no more than 3 (three) hours;

3) the executive in charge of the service provider determines compliance of the amount of supply of grain to the state resources of grain to the size (in percentage ratio), according to the subitem 10) of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 19, 2001 "About grain" (further - the Law), prepares Confirmation - within 3 (three) working days;

4) the head of the service provider signs Confirmation - no more than 3 (three) hours;

5) the clerk of the service provider issues to uslugopoluchatel Confirmation - no more than 30 (thirty) minutes.

6. Result of the procedure (action) for rendering the state service:

1) issue Confirmation is result of the rendered state service;

2) in case of the address on the portal the notification of the readiness of the document is result of the rendered state service.

3. The description of procedure for interactions of structural divisions (workers) of the service provider in the course of rendering the state service

7. In the course of rendering the state service the following structurally functional units are involved (further - SFE):

1) clerk of the service provider;

2) head of the service provider;

3) executive in charge of the service provider.

8. The text tabular description of the sequence and interaction of administrative actions (procedures) of each SFE with indication of the term of accomplishment of each administrative action (procedure) is given in appendix 1 to these Regulations.

9. The schemes reflecting interrelation between the logical sequence of administrative actions in the course of rendering the state service and SFE are given in appendix 2 to these Regulations.
