Standard of the state service "Issue of Duplicates of Documents on the Higher and Postgraduate Education"

1. General provisions

1. The state service "Issue of Duplicates of Documents on the Higher and Postgraduate Education" (further - the state service).

4) the document confirming change of surname of uslugopoluchatel (name, middle name) if necessary;
