About some questions of export of forest products from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan

According to article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 12, 2004 "On regulation of trading activity", for the purpose of assistance to efforts on stabilization and recovery of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Set for a period of six months quantitative restriction of 2360 m3 on export of forest products (the FEACN CU code 4407 10) to the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.

2. To the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to perform issue of licenses within the amount specified in Item 1, in coordination with the Ministry of the environment and water resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To provide to the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan control of export of forest products within the amount specified in Item 1 of this resolution.

4. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan within fourteen calendar days from the date of enforcement of this resolution to notify the Secretariat of Integration committee of Eurasian economic community on the measures for regulation of foreign trade activity taken by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
