According to the subitem 2) article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 15, 2013 "About the state services", and also according to the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 28, 2014 No. 158 "About approval of standards of the state services in the field of communication rendered by the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan" to PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) regulations of the state service "Licensing, Renewal, Issue of Duplicates of the License for Provision of Services in the field of Communication" according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) regulations of the state service "Distribution of Resource of Numbering and Allocation of Numbers, and also Their Withdrawal" according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) regulations of the state service "Issue of the Permission to Operate of Radio-electronic Means and High-frequency Devices" according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) regulations of the state service "Issue of Permission to Use of Radio-frequency Range of the Republic of Kazakhstan" according to appendix 4 to this order.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 26, 2012 No. 809 "About approval of regulations of the electronic state services in the field of communication rendered by the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan at No. 8194, published in the newspapers "Kazakhstanskaya Pravda" of January 23, 2013 and on January 24, 2013 No. 24-25, 26-27 (27298-27299, 27300-27301), "Egemen Kazakstan" of January 23, 2013 No. 43-47 (27986).

2. (Nurshabekov R. R.) to provide to committee of communication and informatization of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, official publication in mass media, including placement it on Internet resource of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies;

3) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the direction of the copy on official publication in information system of law of Ad_let of the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan";

4) submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on state registration and about the direction on publication in mass media within 5 working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sarsenov S. S.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
