1. Determine that branches of banks provide in the Bank of Russia for the purpose of supervision information according to appendix to this order (further - information for the purpose of supervision).

2. Determine that information for the purpose of supervision is submitted branches of banks depending on their location in Department across the Republic of Crimea of the Central bank of the Russian Federation or Department on Sevastopol of the Central bank of the Russian Federation (further - Bank department of Russia) on paper and in electronic form in the PDF format on machine carriers (CD/DVD disks, flash-stores).

Information provided in electronic form shall be identical to information provided on paper.

3. Determine that information for the purpose of supervision for April, 2014 is submitted branches of banks no later than May 20, 2014.

Information for the purpose of supervision for May, 2014 and on subsequent reporting dates is submitted branches of banks with frequency and in the terms provided by procedures for its representation.
