1. Approve the State program according to the prevention of violence in family in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2014 - 2023 it (is applied).

2. Determine Committee on cases of women and family under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan the coordinator of implementation of the State program on the prevention of violence in family in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2014 - 2023.

3. To the ministries and departments, executive bodies It is mountain - the Badakhshan autonomous region, areas, the city of Dushanbe, the cities and areas to provide implementation of this Program within the means which are annually provided in the Government budget and other non-budgetary sources of financing and about results every half-year to provide information in Committee on cases of women and family under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

4. To committee on cases of women and family under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan annually to submit the report in the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on the course of implementation of the State program according to the prevention of violence in family in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2014 - 2023.

7. In Academy of militia of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, since 2010 the special training course "Violence in family" is entered and since 2011 the subject matter "The prevention of violence in family" is entered.

8. The Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan under 8 departments of hospitals founds rooms of the help to victims of violence where medical and psychological help by the victim of violence is directly given.
