1. Approve:
1.1. form of the state statistical reporting 12-t (debt) "The report on overdue debt on the salary" (is attached) and to enact it starting with the report as of July 1, 2014;
1.2. Instructions for filling of form of the state statistical reporting 12-t (debt) "The report on overdue debt on the salary" (are applied) and to enact them starting with the report as of July 1, 2014.
2. The Item is excluded according to the Resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of 20.01.2020 No. 3
3. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution on legal entities, their separate divisions according to Item 1 of Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 12-t (debt) "The report on overdue debt on the salary", approved by this resolution.
4. Recognize invalid:
