1. Approve the enclosed Rules, form and terms of submission by the National Space Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan to body of Tax Service of information on the taxpayers having the taxation objects and (or) objects connected with the taxation and also about the taxation objects and (or) objects connected with the taxation according to appendix to this order.

2. Repeal the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 15, 2011 No. 86 "About approval of Rules, forms and terms of submission by the National Space Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan to body of Tax Service of information about the taxpayers having the taxation objects and (or) objects connected with the taxation and also about the taxation objects and (or) objects connected with the taxation".

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the Chairman of the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Dzhumadildayev A. S.).

4. This order becomes effective from the date of signing.

1. General provisions

These rules, form and terms of submission by the National Space Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan to body of Tax Service of information on the taxpayers having the taxation objects and (or) objects connected with the taxation and also about the taxation objects and (or) objects connected with the taxation (further - Rules), are developed according to Item 3 of Article 453 and Item 3 of article 583 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget" (Tax code) and determine procedure, form and terms of representation by the National Space Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - authorized state body) in body of Tax Service of information on the taxpayers having the taxation objects and (or) objects connected with the taxation and also about the taxation objects and (or) objects connected with the taxation (further - information).

2. Procedure for submission of information

Information is constituted on paper and electronic media in the Kazakh and (or) Russian languages in duplicate:

1) the first copy remains in authorized state body;

2) the second copy is transferred to the employee of body of Tax Service responsible for acceptance and further use of information.

Information provided in bodies of Tax Service is signed by the head of authorized state body or replacement his face, and also the official responsible for creation of information, and certified by seal. The electronic version of information on electronic media is applied to paper.

3. Form and terms of submission of information

Authorized state body quarterly, no later than the 20th following reporting quarter according to Item 3 of article 453 of the Tax Code information on payers of collection and subjects to taxation for state registration of space objects and rights to them, and also for issue of the duplicate, in form according to appendix to these rules is submitted in body of Tax Service for the place of the stay.

4. Responsibility

For non-presentation, untimely, doubtful or incomplete submission of information concerning authorized state body the administrative responsibility according to the procedure, established by the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan about administrative offenses is provided.
