1. 4. Children are located under supervision in the organization for orphan children temporarily, for the period to their device on education in family if they cannot appoint immediately the guardian or the custodian according to the procedure, the stipulated in Clause 12 Federal Laws "About Guardianship and Custody".

5. Children are located under supervision in the organization for orphan children in whom the necessary conditions for their content, education and education corresponding to their state of health and requirements are created.

6. Children are located under supervision in the organization for orphan children based on the act of guardianship and custody body of the room of the child under supervision in the organization for orphan children accepted by guardianship and custody body within one month from the date of identification of children based on the following documents:
