1. Determine that:

a) to the citizens of the Russian Federation replacing positions in the state bodies and local government bodies located in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol on the date of acceptance to the Russian Federation of the Republic of Crimea and education as a part of the Russian Federation of new subjects - the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol, in case of appointment to positions of Federal public civil service in the created (created) on territories of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol structural divisions of federal state bodies, territorial authorities of federal executive bodies, offices of courts of the Russian Federation, management of Judicial department under the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, bodies of prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation and investigating bodies of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in years of service of the public civil service the service length in the specified state bodies and local government bodies estimated on the date of revenues to Federal public civil service according to the procedure, acting in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol till February 21, 2014 is set off;

b) the service length in the state bodies and local government bodies called in the subitem "an" of this Item is considered:

in case of determination of compliance of the citizens of the Russian Federation applying for replacement of positions of Federal public civil service, to the qualification requirements established by regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation to years of service of the public civil service;

in case of establishment of the monthly allowance to official pay rate for long service, determination of duration of annual additional paid leave for long service and the amount of encouragement for faultless and effective public civil service the federal government civil servant replacing positions of Federal public civil service in the structural divisions of federal state bodies, territorial authorities of federal executive bodies, offices of courts of the Russian Federation, managements of Judicial department created in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol under the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, bodies of prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation and investigating bodies of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.
