About approval of the document forms certifying the right to the parcel of land

For the purpose of market development of the earth and reduction of forms of right certifying documents on the parcel of land in compliance with requirements of the legislation when making civil transactions with the earth, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve document forms, single for the Kyrgyz Republic, certifying the right to the parcel of land:

- State act of the right of private property to the parcel of land;

- The state act of the right termless (without specifying of term) uses of the parcel of land;

- The certificate on the right of temporary use by the parcel of land;

- Certificate on the right of private property to the parcel of land.

2. Determine that forms of the documents certifying the right to the parcel of land are made on chalk overlay cardboard paper with stamping and are documents of the strict reporting.

3. To the state agency on registration of the rights to real estate under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to develop and approve the instruction about procedure for creation and issue of the documents certifying the right to the parcel of land and to register it in accordance with the established procedure.

4. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of December 27, 1999 No. 717 "About approval of the document forms certifying the right to the parcel of land".

5. Determine that right certifying documents on the parcel of land which forms are approved by the orders of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of July 20, 1990 No. 229 "About approval of forms of the state act on right of possession (uses) of the earth and certificates on the right of temporary use by the earth" and of December 27, 1999 No. 717 "About approval of the document forms certifying the right to the parcel of land", issued to physical persons and legal entities before adoption of this resolution remain in force and do not require renewal.

6. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on department of development of agro-industrial complex and environmental management of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic.

7. Publish this resolution in mass media.
